MAY Three Week BLOOM Program [May 13th-June 2nd]

Guidelines:

  • Exercise at least 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week
  • No drinks other than WATER
  • Take full body photos before you start
  • Follow the meal plan with no more than ONE treat meal per week
  • Dinner no later than 3 hours before bedtime

Habit Change Goals (choose 3):

  • Spend 10 minutes in the morning AND evening stretching
  • Review your daily meals/snacks first thing in the morning
  • Discontinue electronics/social media within one hour of bedtime
  • Dinner no later than 3 hours before bedtime
  • Drink 10 oz of water before each meal
  • Organize one area of your physical space (car, room, closet, office, garage, etc.) each day
  • Spend 30 uninterrupted minutes outside (as weather permits) each day
