MAY Three Week BLOOM Program [May 13th-June 2nd]
Guidelines:
- Exercise at least 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week
- No drinks other than WATER
- Take full body photos before you start
- Follow the meal plan with no more than ONE treat meal per week
- Dinner no later than 3 hours before bedtime
Habit Change Goals (choose 3):
- Spend 10 minutes in the morning AND evening stretching
- Review your daily meals/snacks first thing in the morning
- Discontinue electronics/social media within one hour of bedtime
- Dinner no later than 3 hours before bedtime
- Drink 10 oz of water before each meal
- Organize one area of your physical space (car, room, closet, office, garage, etc.) each day
- Spend 30 uninterrupted minutes outside (as weather permits) each day
